Her professional passion lies in working with people to help them discover their natural talents, strengths and aspirations to lead a more meaningful professional career and write a richer life story. An ICF Professional Certified Coach, Joanne’s career included being in Executive Search Korn/Ferry, heading MBA Career Services on INSEAD’s Asia Campus, as well as working with various Institutions of Higher Learning, using positive psychology creative arts therapy, NLP and other tools to help professionals position their strengths in the workplace.
