Kelly Holland is a seasoned leader and strategist with a career spanning political, communications, market and product research. She has built and scaled high-performing user research, consumer insights, and analytics teams at top tier companies including Peloton, Meta, Target, and Gap Inc. as well as agency-side at Ketchum.
As a coach and mentor, she focuses on supporting researchers in the tech product and consumer insights industry, college students embarking on key transitions such as degree declaration or graduation, and women executive leaders.
Kelly’s coaching superpower is guiding individuals and teams to find clarity in the chaos – be that in work, school, life or some combination of all. As a mom of three, Kelly has firsthand experience finding synergy between life and work and has been a valued mentor for many professionals on their parenthood journey.
Kelly holds a Master of Public Policy from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She enjoys running marathons, coaching Girls on the Run, skiing, and any activity on a lake with her family.
