What I love about career development/career transition coaching is the opportunity to assist people in recognizing their strengths, appreciating their experiences, and honoring their inner voice/intuition.
I believe this awareness and knowledge will help them in seeing new possibilities and in pursuing and achieving their life goals. The opportunity for clarity of direction and increase in confidence in clients is what drives me.
I have 20+ years in career coaching, mostly with MBAs, and a similar number of years working in the world of business. I enjoy learning about and understanding the roles, deliverables, and expectations of a job so I’m better able to support clients in crafting a compelling personal story to present to potential employers. I particularly enjoy helping clients to identify what’s next for them in their career journey, tapping into their values, interests, and goals.
