Lawrence Hedblom is an executive and leadership coach who helps accomplished professionals navigate defining transitions and step confidently into their next chapter. Building on 20 years of coaching experience with leaders from mid-level to C‑suite, he partners with clients to design practical, values-based paths into bigger roles, new responsibilities, and life beyond the business.

Lawrence’s coaching weaves the Designing Your Life methodology with a clear-eyed understanding of organizational realities, enabling clients to imagine ideal futures, experiment with new options, and move forward with intention.

He is especially skilled at building confidence, deepening communication and interpersonal effectiveness, and helping leaders “let go” of old ways of working so they can fully inhabit who they are becoming.

Clients experience Lawrence as a steady, candid ally who both champions and challenges them, inviting them beyond their comfort zones toward greater impact, fulfillment, and readiness for what comes next.

Lawrence earned the International Coach Federation’s Professional Certified Coach credential. A Duke University graduate, he lives in Grand Rapids, MI with his wife, an orange cat and a black Labrador.
