Liana Knudsen

Liana Knudsen is a business leader who partners with authenticity and clarity to design talent and organizational solutions to business challenges. A strategist with both depth and breadth of experience, she steers organizational development, learning and development, and talent management for high-growth global organizations in dynamic industries.

Liana’s biggest passion is helping accelerate the development of high potential talent. Goal-oriented and clarity-focused, she gives invaluable feedback, direction, and recommendations that empower and enable people to accelerate their career development exponentially. She is a valued coach to professionals at all career stages, from recent graduates to senior executives, helping them define their goals and build the behaviors and capabilities to achieve those goals.

Liana has created numerous innovative executive, leadership, high-potential, and early-career programs that are infused with flexibility and rooted in best practices to ensure longevity. She consults with business leaders to understand talent and organizational needs, then builds future-facing programs aligned with those needs.

In addition to her talent management leadership, Liana spent a year as a counselor at a crisis counseling center working with families, individuals, and groups. She has bachelor’s degrees in Business and Sociology (Trinity University) and a master’s degree in Professional Counseling (Texas State University). She is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas. She is also a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach.

Outside of work, Liana has two kids – a daughter and a son – as well as two dogs, and she loves being their mom. She likes to take them on outdoor adventures and enjoy Austin with them.
