Mary Beth believes that life is an adventure, and with that comes the promise of unknowns, risk taking, and failure. Mary Beth’s fierce compassion combined with her own background as a global corporate executive with many of her own work and life design changes makes her uniquely skilful as a coach, trusted advisor and consultant for complex change. Mary Beth has a Masters in Organization Development from American University, Washington, DC, an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management, Phoenix, USA and received her BS in Language and Linguistics from Georgetown University in Washington, DC. In addition to her work as a DYL coach, Mary Beth is a professional certified coach (PCC) with the ICF. She is also qualified as a coach supervisor through ICCS and is a Certified Dare to Lead™ and Daring Way™ facilitator in the work of Dr. Brené Brown. Mary Beth is married and has three children. New Zealand is home and a great launch pad to the world.
