Mary Galvin

Mary is a Certified Integral Executive Coach with a track record of success in the technology industry. Her coaching practice over the last 10 years has focused on Leadership Development and Career Transitions. Her experience in transitioning into a variety of roles, relocations, and company cultures in her career has informed her work and enabled her to provide tools, skills and coaching to others experiencing changes and transitions in their lives.

Her career included many challenging and exciting roles including co-founder of a successful startup, general manager in a Fortune 100 company with responsibility for a multi-billion-dollar P&L and working globally to increase revenue and strengthen partnerships. Throughout her career, Mary has focused on developing, coaching, and mentoring people to have greater impact, influence, and growth in their careers resulting in members of her team progressing into executive positions.

This deep experience and work as an Executive Coach has enabled her to help leaders identify and face challenges or issues impeding their personal growth. She has frequently coached leaders as they consider or have recently experienced a transition to a new role or opportunity, as well as building executive presence and personal brand. Mary is Hogan certified and a “Designing your Life” certified coach. Mary’s clients cross a wide spectrum from C-Suite, Vice Presidents, to Managers and Individual Contributors. Mary frequently coaches in Medical, Technology, Government and Non-Profits, and is a coach in a women’s leadership program.
