I’ve been privileged to have spent the past three decades as an educator in media and the creative arts, designing curriculum and mentoring students in Singapore’s Institutes of Higher Learning. Throughout my journey, one thing has remained constant: a deep commitment to helping young people find their voice, tell their stories, and chart paths that feel true to who they are.

In recent years, I’ve been drawn to Designing Your Life—a powerful approach from Stanford that blends design thinking with life and career planning. It’s become a natural extension of my work. I’ve developed and facilitated DYL-based workshops for students and fresh graduates, guiding them to reflect, reframe challenges, and explore meaningful directions.

Now, I’m stepping into the coaching space. In a world that’s changing fast, I believe people need more than just advice—they need safe, structured spaces to explore what matters, make sense of their experiences, and take small, intentional steps forward.

Whether someone’s just starting out or navigating a transition, I’m here to walk alongside them—bringing together my background in education, creativity, and life design to help them build lives they can thrive in.
