In my role as Founder and CEO of reboot4success LLC, I am dedicated to crafting personalized strategies that empower college stop-outs to get back in the boat and complete their studies. Our organization specializes in academic skill building, fostering growth mindsets and setting actionable goals, and understanding the financial literacy that is necessary for college enrollment.
I have worked in a variety of academic structures in colleges and universities. As an academic counselor at Harrisburg Area Community College, I worked with many adult learners seeking a career pivot, and as Drexel University’s Director of Disability Services, I helped students struggling with organization and executive function challenges.
Most recently as Director of Advising and Career Services at Penn State Brandywine, I focused on student success and advising, career planning, and designing academic recovery programs, with a team that provided exemplary support to a diverse student body with a keen focus on inclusion and belonging, which remain central to my vision and approach. I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling from Penn State and am a certified Imposter Syndrome Practitioner (2025).
