Through my experience coaching MBA students and alumni at the Kellogg School and NYU Stern and individuals in my private practice I have experienced the joy of helping others have light bulb moments, get unstuck, re-energize their search or see a new path for themselves.

My BA is in African American Studies from Western Illinois University, diploma in coaching from New York University. I am a champion for developing the next generation of women and people of color leaders.
