Career decisions rarely arrive as a single answer. They take shape through our questions, experiences, and the language we use to make sense of what matters to us. I’m drawn to coaching because it gives people space to notice those patterns and turn them into meaningful next steps.

As someone whose own career path has been nonlinear, I understand that finding the right academic or professional fit can take time. My experiences taught me that career design is less about finding one perfect answer and more about creating possibilities, testing them, learning what feels right, and knowing that repeating the process is okay. I want to be the resource I wish I had: someone who creates space to think honestly, try possibilities, and move forward without feeling pressure to have everything figured out.

With 10+ years in higher education, I am a mom, educator, and career & life designer. I hold a bachelor’s degree in communications and master’s degree in linguistics. My experience includes public relations, teaching, experiential learning design, student advising, and higher-education career development.
