Sophie Lorn-Clifford

I’m Dr. Sophie Lorn-Clifford, a dedicated naturopathic and functional medicine doctor, wellness consultant/coach, and the founder of LiveWHOLE Wellness. My passion lies in helping individuals attain optimal health and resilience in mind, body, and spirit, unlocking full potential for healing. My journey has taken me around the world, studying longevity habits in Japan, exploring medicinal plants in Italy, and discovering the healing properties of hot springs in Germany and Iceland. I earned my doctorate at Bastyr University, including a certification in medically supervised water fasting during a residency at True North Health Center. I integrate this knowledge into my LiveWHOLE model to provide my clients with the latest advances in integrative medicine. My holistic approach combines evidence-based medicine with complementary healing modalities to address physical and psychological roadblocks. The LiveWHOLE integrated health model grants clients access to wellness education, clinical excellence, and empowerment coaching for transformative healing and limitless potential. Born in a refugee camp and immigrating to the US, I saw the sacrifices my family made for the American dream at the expense of their health, which fuels my mission to help others who may be sacrificing their own health in order to achieve their dreams and serve others. My personal entrepreneurial journey alongside my husband has taught me how stress and suboptimal health can impact one’s potential, which is why I offer guidance to organizations and strive to support others in their pursuit of optimal health and life exploration. When I’m not working, I cherish time with my family and love exploring the world, embracing life design to the fullest.
