Stephanie Wijanarko

Stephanie is the CEO of VOOYA, an education company that empowers students, parents, and professionals to feel more confident in their educational and career choices. She believes in a multidisciplinary approach to have a better understanding of oneself. Thus, they are able to decide and achieve the kind of future they find fulfilling and meaningful. She is a certified ‘Designing Your Life’ and ‘Business Model Youth’ career coach, ‘Strong Investment Inventory’ practitioner, and ‘Business Model You’ Master Facilitator.

She has been actively leading the #PassionWithoutBorders movement and annually organizing Passion Playground, one of the largest career exploration festivals in Indonesia. She also develops innovative career-exploration journeys through experiential workshops in London, New York, Sydney, Melbourne, and Tokyo. She has mentored many Indonesians, expatriates living in Indonesia and Indonesians overseas. She has also assisted numerous schools and universities in improving their career counselling services. She loves travelling around the world, from Surabaya, Guatemala, Seattle, LA and Paris. She completed her education at the University of Southern California and HEC Paris.
