Founder & Educator
Steven Lockwood is an educator and entrepreneur based in Barcelona and the UK. With a background in Anthropology and Philosophy and over a decade of experience across education and sport, he works with capable young people and emerging professionals as they navigate important academic and career decisions.
Originally a professional tennis player and now a qualified coach, Steven brings a performance mindset to mentoring — combining structured reflection with disciplined action. He supports internationally minded students (16–22) and young professionals at transition points who are ambitious, thoughtful and seeking greater clarity about direction and long-term fit.
As founder of iCollege Life, Steven is developing an education model that integrates academic rigour, entrepreneurial thinking and life design principles. His approach is analytical yet grounded, practical yet reflective. Clients value his ability to challenge assumptions, sharpen thinking and move conversations from abstract uncertainty to intentional next steps.
Steven believes education and coaching should not simply prepare people for exams or job titles, but for decision-making, responsibility and building a life that feels coherent and self-directed.
