Veronika has been working with young people since 2017 supporting them in finding community, building a sense of belonging and navigating the challenges of early adulthood. Currently, Veronika works at the University of Minnesota in the Carlson School of Management as the Wellbeing Coordinator. This work is focused on programmatic and systematic support for student wellbeing working across the college and university. Through empathy and creativity together we can design a path forward.
Veronika is finishing their PhD in Human Resource Development focused on belonging in the workplace and physical space. Veronika lives in Minneapolis spending time outside throughout the year.
