As authors Bill Burnett and Dave Evans told Vox this week, the key to dealing with both anchor and gravity problems is acceptance, followed by reframing the problem to make it more actionable, then prototyping solutions to figure out what really works for you. “Then there’s a feeling of expansiveness, like your chest blows open,” Burnett told Vox. “There’s a rush of endorphins, because you see possibilities.”
