After spending her first 25 years competing on the international stage as a Canadian National Team springboard and platform diver and 1992 Olympic Team alternate, Megan shifted gears into a digital marketing career and focused on her family, guiding her two children toward academic and athletic success.
Today, Megan is a Performance & Career Transition Coach for Athletes, coaches athletes through transition for the nonprofit Athletes Soul, and continues to coach diving at all levels. With over four decades of experience as an athlete, coach, businesswoman, and seeker of personal growth, her passion is helping motivated people lead purposeful and joyful lives. She works with current and former athletes to set and achieve goals, enhance performance, navigate career changes, and find clarity in challenging situations. She uses design thinking to help athletes explore what’s next.
Megan holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia and is a certified Designing Your Life Coach. She earned her leadership coaching certification from the Doerr Institute at Rice University, is an ICF ACC-credentialed coach, and is EQ-i 2.0/EQ 360 certified.
When she’s not coaching, Megan enjoys traveling, playing pickleball, and hiking with her silver lab.
