Now an ICF Associate Certified Coach with a Master’s degree in Leadership, with a concentration in Executive and Professional Coaching, Tracy is passionate about empowering others to reach their goals. She works with clients at all career stages, particularly those navigating major transitions—whether landing their first job, overcoming roadblocks to a promotion, or making a complete career change.

With extensive experience in Recruiting and Product Development within Financial Services, Tracy combines corporate insight with personal success using Design Your Life strategies.
