Allison has over 20 years experience working in change management, operations, as well as resource and organizational effectiveness roles. She has worked in leadership positions within the corporate, finance, operations, and nonprofit industries. During her ten year career at Bank of America, Allison worked in mergers and acquisitions, technology, finance, quality and productivity, and anti-money laundering teams. She also spearheaded leadership development opportunities among staff and volunteers in a nonprofit context.
Allison obtained her graduate level coaching certification at Fielding University’s evidence-based coaching theory, practice, and research program in 2021 and received her Associate Certified Coach (ACC) Credential through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) in 2023. Allison completed her undergraduate work at Davidson College.
