Amanda Ebel started her career as a seventh grade English teacher. Teaching was her first foray into coaching and she realized she had a gift for connecting with people and helping them see the unseen. Over the course of the next twenty years, she served as a school administrator and executive director. She also worked for Pearson virtual schools as the director of leadership development. In 2022, she changed her life: she pivoted to a DYL-inspired coaching and consulting business which allows her to work virtually with clients and teams to design their way forward. She has never been more fulfilled!

Amanda holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from University of Georgia and UCLA, respectively. In 2021 she completed her Ed.D. in Organizational Leadership and Learning from Peabody College of Education at Vanderbilt University.

She lives with her husband, teenage daughter, and mother in Greenville, SC where she tries to read as many books as possible, loves to plan trips to locations near and far, and loves to cook and eat great food.
