I have devoted my academic pursuits, professional career, and volunteer efforts to addressing challenges related to social justice, including discrimination, inequality, and threats to democratic principles. My professional journey spans diverse roles in civil society organizations (2008-2015), the German parliament (2015-2020), and the United Nations (2020-2023), endowing me with a deep insight into the inner workings, processes, and challenges faced by mission-driven leaders and entities. My drive to support individuals in their own empowerment and to address the fundamental causes of organizational issues, finally motivated me to become a coach. In 2015, I earned a certification in systemic coaching, and in 2022, I participated a Leadership Coach Training Program, accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF). Since then, I have guided numerous clients through issues such as career advancement, boundary setting, upward management, burnout prevention, and restorative leadership. With a foundation in sociology, I seek to systematically comprehend the challenges of my clients within our societal context. I am deeply attracted to and invigorated by intellectual curiosity and integrity, authenticity, and the resolve to take control of one’s development and goals. I am grateful to facilitate this journey with my skills, knowledge, experience and empathy for individuals and organizations alike.
