Boyo is currently a Sr Human Resources Business Advisor at Dexcom! In his role he is responsible for guiding and influencing leaders on all employee lifecycles including performance management, compensation planning, talent development, organizational development and scaling, diversity, equity, and inclusion, employee engagement and much more.
Boyo recently received the 2022 HR Rising Star Award from the San Diego HR Forum for making a significant impact in his previous role (Talent Management and DEI Specialist) and community through exceptional performance, outstanding dedication, competence, and excellent service to his team and company. Boyo is known to bring the human in Human Resources and leads with a “we” mentality. He is always finding ways to be of service to others and pay it forward at and outside of work.
Prior to Dexcom, Boyo has served in various HR roles in academia, real estate, and non-profit healthcare. Boyo is a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma society which is an elite network of high achievers, business leaders, and world changers.
