Catherine is a global executive with leadership and career coaching, corporate workshop facilitation and group mentoring experience. She is dedicated to supporting professionals at inflection points in their lives who are ready to explore and step into new challenges while committing to creating rich, engaging and meaningful lives from a place of authenticity and agency. Catherine brings over 30 years of leadership experience in international education management and consulting for global organizations, start-ups and family-run enterprises. She is a Certified DYL Workshop Facilitator and also serves as Community Relations Manager for The Designing Your Life Group and Fieldbrook Advising. She is a passionate advocate for design thinking as a methodology to empower people to design a life and career with joy, purpose and meaning. Catherine is based in San Diego, California and works with clients all over the world. Spending time in nature, cooking meals with her husband, playing pickleball, sketching, playing the piano and swimming in the Pacific Ocean are her favorite flow activities.
