Darcy Roehling

Darcy is a global business professional with extensive coaching and mentoring experience, helping women grow their own agency to pursue their ambitions. Blending over 25+ years of experience across Europe, Asia, and the US in for-profit, non-profit, board directorship, academia, and life-long volunteering, she enjoys collaborating with global women in transition. She also has particular interest in supporting women and organizations who positively contribute to the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Darcy is currently a career coach at HEC Paris where she supports MBA students on their career journey. In addition to being a certified Designing Your Life coach, she is a certified DISC facilitator and an #IamRemarkable – a Google initiative – certified facilitator. She is also pursuing ICF coaching certification, as well as Climate Change Coaching certification. The driving forces of her life are a keen sense of purpose, a love of different cultures, coaching and mentoring, unbounded curiosity, and connecting people to other amazing people around the world…all peppered with a very big dash of fun!
