I am a Careers Consultant, Coach, and Mental Health Counsellor in training, dedicated to empowering individuals to navigate career transitions and life’s uncertainties with clarity and confidence. With nearly a decade of experience in higher education and career development, I currently support students at the Australian National University, helping them build resilience, adaptability, and a strong sense of purpose.

As a Coach, I work with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds, guiding them through career decisions, personal growth, and professional development. My approach is deeply rooted in self-awareness, intersectionality, and holistic wellbeing, ensuring my clients feel seen, heard, and equipped to move forward with confidence and resourcefulness. I believe that mental, physical, and financial wellbeing are interconnected, and that self-love and respect are the foundation for meaningful success.

My passion for women’s empowerment, cultural identity, and storytelling is shaped by my own lived experiences as a 5th-generation Fijian-Indian woman and as a recent migrant to Australia. I am also a free-hand henna artist, traveller, and lifelong seeker of knowledge, drawing inspiration from nature, spirituality, and cultural traditions. My mission is to help people embrace uncertainty with purpose, build fulfilling careers, and lead lives that align with their values and aspirations.
