I am a passionate Certified Career & Wellness Coach, dedicated to serving Professional Women in the field of Humanitarian Aid & International Development. My mission is to help them discover, design and grow careers they love, while avoiding burnout and prioritizing what truly matters to them. Many of my clients often stand at career crossroads, searching for increased flow, balance, and fulfillment. With over 23 years of experience in this field, including 7 years with international NGOs and 16 years at the UN, I understand the rewards and challenges of this profession. I also understand what it means to be at a crossroads and have personally experienced the process of re-designing work and life for greater alignment and fulfillment. These experiences uniquely position me to support my clients in thriving both at work and in their personal lives. Today I firmly believe that everyone deserves a fulfilling career without compromising their well-being or life’s priorities. I am also committed to the idea that every child and family we serve in this field deserves a healthy and vibrant workforce. My professional background in Public Health, combined with certifications in Wellness Coaching, Co-Active Coaching (CPCC), and Design Your Life Coaching, equips me with a diverse set of tools and expertise to support and empower my clients to (re)connect with themselves, (re)ignite their inner potential, explore new opportunities, make resonant choices, and walk their path with confidence and care. I maintain the highest standards of professionalism and ethical conduct and am accredited by the International Federation of Coaches (ACC).
