Dr. Darren Vetter

Dr. Darren Vetter currently works for University of Nevada, Las Vegas as a Career & Life Design Specialist. He assists students and alumni with Life Design discussions but also basic career everything including resumes, cover letter, interviews, and LinkedIn. He is a business owner which includes publications and consulting. His previous work experience includes College of Southern Nevada as a tutor and over 20 years of business management experience. In business he managed the summer internship program and was active with the company working career fairs for recruitment. Additionally with summer interns he assisted with their career planning and career development. He has worked in the Job Corp program helping students with vocational school and higher education. His EdD is from Oklahoma State University and Masters/Bachelors from Texas State University San Marcos. He has numerous hobbies including recently publishing his 3rd book with Barnes & Noble Press. He is a volunteer with Nevada Promise as a mentor for first generation college students.
