Emily Ayre is a certified life and transition coach who helps high-achieving individuals gain clear direction and renewed confidence at pivotal moments in their lives and careers.

A graduate of Stanford University (BA, Social Science), Emily is a Certified Designing Your Life Coach through the Stanford Life Design Lab and also holds certifications from the Life Coach School and the Townsend Relationship Center. She integrates life design principles, mindset mastery, and relationship dynamics to help clients navigate identity-level change with clarity and commitment.

With more than 20 years of leadership experience in global marketing, executive search, and coaching — including roles at Procter & Gamble, Intel Corporation, and her executive search firm TalentTracker 360 — Emily has coached thousands of professionals through career pivots and personal reinvention. As a former national-level athlete, she learned firsthand the power of having a coach: someone who sees clearly, challenges blind spots, and provides the structure to move forward with purpose.

Emily works with executives and entrepreneurs, college students and recent graduates, single professional mothers post-divorce, and couples and entrepreneurial partners seeking stronger alignment and shared direction. Through her proprietary SHIFTR™ framework, she serves as a strategic guide on the side — helping clients move from uncertainty to clarity and from self-doubt to grounded confidence, so they can step into their next chapter with conviction.

When not coaching clients, Emily enjoys traveling, reading, spending time with her three grown daughters and granddaughter, as well as skiiing, hiking and running in the mountains of Park City, Utah.
