Emily Cornell helps Millennial and Gen X women tap into their courage, strength, and creativity through transitions and transformations.
Emily knows change. From seismic personal transformations to the never-ending transitions of an expat life, she’s experienced plenty. She sees the place between who you are now and who you’ll become as fertile ground for profound personal growth. But Emily also knows that change – even when it’s good – can often be hard, lonely, and a little scary.
Her approach is intuitive and co-creative while staying deeply rooted in strategy. She draws from the skills and knowledge gained from more than 15 years working in and for advertising/marketing agencies, startups, and non-profits, along with lessons from a life that hasn’t always gone according to plan.
Emily holds a B.A. from CU Boulder, earned her certification through Int’l Coach Academy, and has trained in trauma-informed space holding. She is an ICF-credentialed Associate Certified Coach.
Emily has American Midwest roots and leads a globally mobile life as an American Foreign Service spouse. Her practice supports her clients wherever they are in the world from wherever she is.
