Holly M. Justice (she/hers) has been helping people with their career challenges for over 20 years. Holly received her Master’s degree in Community Mental Health Counseling where she focused in career counseling and achieved the National Certified Counselor credential. She has worked in higher education as a Career Coach and has trained and supervised graduate assistants and staff in career development theory and fundamentals. In this role she also developed an expertise working with engineering, computer science and data science students at all levels including Bachelors, Masters and PhD.
In her private career coaching practice she works with a broad spectrum of clients wanting to make career changes, career advancements, those simply trying to figure life out and entrepreneurs seeking to launch their idea. Holly believes listening deeply to truly understand the client and adapting tools and approaches to meet the client where they are in that moment is critical to client success.
Outside of work, she loves running, yoga, horseback riding, backpacking in national parks and traveling with her wonderful partner Ken.
