A credentialed (PCC) Executive and Leadership Coach, I trained at Georgetown University’s Institute for Transformational Leadership, where I served on faculty for 5 years teaching Coaching Ethics. I have held P/L accountability for a global Fortune 500 operating unit focused on design and implementation of customer centered strategy and supporting processes and systems. Early assignments in sales and marketing from territory sales to leadership of a global sales and marketing organization.

I am a Vietnam Veteran with combat experience and served as global Chair, Ethics and Standards for the International Coaching Federation through a review and rewrite of the global Code of Ethics.

My coaching clients have tended to be at or near the top if medium to large organizations, although I have coached in all sizes of organizations ranging law firms to global manufacturing to VC funded startups. I am a depth coach- preferring to engage with causality than symptoms in order to focus on resilient and lasting change.

Currently, I am “semi-retired”, taking only a few clients who desire to work at depth. I reside part time in Europe so some work will be virtual.
