Ildi Nielsen

Ildi Nielsen is an experienced career coach and talent management professional who has worked with a broad range of professionals including business school students, management consultants and investment bankers. She has been coaching since 2009 and has continued her development by obtaining the Certified Professional Coach designation through iPEC and has been designated as an Associate Certified Coach though the International Coaching Federation, the global best-in-class coaching certification.

Ildi began working as a career coach for the Boston Consulting Group in 2009. At BCG, she coached management consultants and alumni in career transitions that led to new positions at Fortune 500 corporations, startups and nonprofits. Ildi coached individuals to appreciate their true strengths and identify relevant career paths. She also advised on effective presentation skills and how to make career decisions.

She joined the Harvard Business School coaching staff in 2013 and has coached MBA students and alumni, as well as executive education and online students enrolled in the Program for Leadership Development, Developing Yourself as a Leader and the Harvard Business Analytics program. She excels at helping clients cut through confusion and gain clarity about themselves and their situation.
