Iyad bridges Silicon Valley and MENA as a seasoned coach, behavioral scientist, and HR executive. Over the past two decades, Iyad led People in Learning and Inclusion at various organizations, including tech unicorns, with three exits. He founded Sparathon, a San Francisco-based coaching consultancy for founders and leaders, merging leadership coaching with applied behavioral science and design. His coaching portfolio showcases over 200 leaders from 75 organizations, including Yahoo, Cisco, Mozilla, Microsoft, Linkedin, Bill.com, Mercury, 500 Global, Localized, TechWadi, Amideast, Jusoor, Fulbright, Misk, KAUST, Stanford, Harvard, Faisal Holding, World Bank and UN.

Educated at Purdue, USF, Stanford, and Harvard, Iyad’s doctoral pursuit delved into self-regulation, adaptive leadership, and workplace inclusion. Iyad is MENA’s first Arabic-speaking Designing Your Life Coach in 2019. His other certifications are sourced from iPEC, ACE Virtuoso (under D. Peterson & D.
