Based in Northern Virginia, I am the Director of Equitable Opportunities for Vine & Fig Tree. In that position, I get to help youth and under-resourced and overlooked populations discover and develop their own paths to success. As a non-profit Executive Director and a board member for several small non-profits, I have a passion for investing in, and helping to further develop, advocates and leaders who want to make a difference in their communities, along with anyone feeling stuck in their life’s journey. Through an understanding of each individual’s unique strengths, I encourage a design path that focuses on using resources on hand and personal goals to overcome obstacles and navigate life and career transitions. A veteran of the United States Marine Corps, I’m also a certified Adverse Childhood Experiences trainer, Mental Health First Aid certified, and am a Verified Coach in the Enneagram via Cloverleaf and ICF.
