Jessica is a future-focused thinker that loves to partner with motivated people looking to make meaningful changes towards more sustainable careers, more resilient companies, and more fulfulling lives. She started her career in energy, where she spent 16 years leading teams and projects at Fortune 500 companies. In the corporate world Jessica held roles in executive leadership, business planning, management, and exploration. During this time she led several multidisciplinary teams working projects across the globe and developed a passion for talent management and career development planning.

In 2020 Jessica studied Leadership Coaching at Rice University’s Jones School of Business. She holds International Coaching Federation (ACC, 2022) and Designing Your Life coach certifications (2021). Jessica is an Ohio native and holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Dayton and a Master’s degree from Wright State University.

Nature, movement, and poetry are some of Jessica’s favorite things, and she finds riding her bicycle to be a great source of inspiration. She currently lives in Houston with her husband and two children; this big city with a small-town vibe, has earned a place in her heart. She most commonly works with people pursuing or managing career transitions, entrepreneurs, and corporations.
