As a lifelong artist, former paralegal, and now a coach, I’ve spent years navigating the space between structure and self-expression. My background in music, visual art, and languages has taught me how to listen closely—for nuance and what’s not being said.

Movement, whether through yoga, dance, or a hike in the redwoods, keeps me grounded and connected. These practices help me experience insight, peace, and the joy of being alive.

The vagaries of life have made me more empathetic, less quick to judge, and deeply curious about the experiences of others. I know what it’s like to feel stuck in something that looks “right” from the outside but doesn’t feel right on the inside.

As a coach, I help people reconnect to what’s meaningful to them. Whether they’re in a life transition, starting something new, or returning to a forgotten dream, I hold space that’s supportive, insightful, and gently challenging. One of my favorite moments in coaching is when a question stops a client in their tracks and sparks a shift in their thinking.
