John Giordano, Ph.D., M.F.A., founded Ramp Coaching in 2016. He is a Designing Your Life Coach and a certified Co-Active Coach (CPCC), as well as an International Coaching Federation Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and IECA Professional Member – the gold standards for professional coaching and educational consulting. John came to coaching and educational consulting after 30 years of college teaching in visual art & design, interdisciplinary humanities, and community engagement where he loved advising students one-to-one. He takes a creative approach to the coaching experience by seeing personal growth and human flourishing as a creative process that everyone can access, regardless of age or background. Ramp offers individual and group Life Design Coaching for adults and recent college graduates, the Semester for Change program for college-age students who are struggling with direction-finding or academic success, the Semester Success coaching and support process that takes place during the college semester, and College Coaching for high school juniors and seniors, which combines the college application process with self-awareness coaching and an authentic interest-finding process.
