Hi, I’m Joy and I founded Silver Hair Confidence Coach® to support second-career entrepreneurs through moments of self-doubt, setbacks, and during times when clarity is less than 100%.
No one needs a confidence coach until they do. While confidence is a trait of many successful entrepreneurs, almost every founder I know has been on the brink of failure or has failed. My specialty is helping second-career entrepreneurs move forward after all the dark nooks and crannies of fear and limiting beliefs have been explored through transformational coaching and research. I’m also a firm believer that confidence is built on spiritual faith which is at the heart of everything I do. After all, “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me” (Philippians 4:13).
My “Why”: I created my business so I could use time in a way that works for me and my family. I’m not into the hustle culture nor am I interested in creating a 7 or 8-figure business. I believe that the best product always wins out in the long run, and customer care, expert coaching, and confidentiality are key. Design thinking is a key component to entrepreneurship and Designing Your Life coaching is the perfect complement to my business. I look forward to working with you!
