Julie Espinoza

Julie Espinoza’s 35-year career in early childhood education has laid a strong foundation for her current coaching practice. As the Education Director at Families Forward Learning Center for 20 years, Julie oversaw the day-to-day operations of the Early Childhood Center and Family Literacy Programs. She also worked as an Early Childhood Education (ECE) instructor for UCLA Extension, as a trainer for a teacher training project for the California Department of Education and California Preschool Instructional Network, and as a mentor teacher in the California Mentor Teacher Program. Over the past two decades, Julie has seen firsthand the transformative power of coaching on a person’s life and work, sparking new ideas and enabling new educational and vocational pursuits. Her coaching practice fills a gap for individuals from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds by providing reflective coaching that allows them to create pathways and become the professionals they want to be.
