Kathleen Stafford

G O O D W O R K provides coaching, advisory, and facilitation services with a mission to serve people and organizations who do good work and do good in the world. The values that drive the work are service + common sense + balance.

Kathy has served in executive human resources and financial positions and provided consulting services for decades, including serving as head of Human Resources at Onyx Pharmaceuticals and Heath Ceramics, and CFO of several biotechnology companies. She has provided executive coaching and advisory/consulting services to biopharmaceutical, cleantech, retail/eComm/direct to consumer, and non-profit organizations. Her experience spans private venture-backed organizations to fully integrated commercial enterprises, and nonprofits. Kathy holds a BS from Santa Clara University, an MBA from Virginia Tech, and a Teaching Credential from Mills College. She earned her coaching certification from the UC Berkeley Executive Coaching Institute, and completed the Columbia University/Teachers College Coaching Certification Program. She is also certified to administer the Daniel Goleman Emotional Intelligence tools, several personality assessment tools, is a DiSC Authorized Partner, and a certified Designing Your LIfe coach.
