For over ten years, I have served as a career coach at Augustana College, where I’ve been deeply committed to nurturing growth, purpose, and belonging in every student I work with. My approach blends creativity, reflection, and strategy to help students, especially those from underrepresented backgrounds, discover their strengths, clarify their goals, and confidently navigate their futures.
At Augustana, I’ve developed and led heart-centered, inclusive programs that connect students to meaningful opportunities through mentorship, career readiness, and identity-affirming support. From designing impactful workshops to residential living learning experiences, my work is grounded in a belief that everyone deserves to see themselves in their future, and to feel empowered along the way.
Rooted in values of learning, connection, and service, I view career and vocational development as more than job preparation; it’s a journey of self-discovery, voice, and agency. Whether guiding a first-generation student through deciding their major or supporting a graduating senior in naming their purpose, I am honored to be a bridge between potential and possibility.
