With a 31-year career as a leader of people, programs, and policies, retired Navy Captain Kyle Moses (PhD) has extensive coaching experience priming senior executive leaders, based in government, non-profit-organizations, the private sector, and cross-cultural settings, for next-level excellence in leadership and in individual well-being. Dr. Moses’ coaching philosophy is holistic, focused on positive psychology, and includes a systems-based framework styled around the core belief that “the revolution starts from within” as the client develops a new understanding of how the world is presenting itself while their own cognitive framing of roles and responsibilities evolves. Dr. Moses has proven results in successfully guiding clients to optimize their work and personal lives, enabling them to successfully navigate increased complexity, expand their decision space, harness personal strengths, optimize life/career transitions, and increase organizational efficiency and productivity to meet corporate goals. Kyle holds a Doctorate of Philosophy in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, two master’s degrees in management science and human resource management and national security resource strategy, and a master of business administration degree with a focus on business leadership. From the United States, to Eastern Europe, to Central America and the Caribbean, to South America, Kyle’s coaching clientele hail from across the globe over and benefit from his diverse experience and deep cross-cultural understanding. Kyle has coached senior leaders from the State Department, senior executives at RAND and other NGOs, senior corporate leaders in the telecommunications, health, banking, retail, and real estate sectors, and, through his work with the Commit Foundation, has coached dozens of transitioning U.S. Service Members to find successful paths in their post-military adventures.
