Laurie Cirillo

I bring over 25 years of diverse leadership, education and coaching expertise to individual and organizational clients. The Designing Your Life framework is embedded in my coaching foundation with individuals and groups. I’ve done extensive career and leadership development work in higher education, specifically focused on empowering women. Earlier in my career, I spent 18 years as an independent senior-level Human Resources leader working with small businesses, primarily in the areas of talent management, career/succession planning, employee engagement, team collaboration, training and strategic people planning to support business goals. I serve as a volunteer board member for a local credit union, chairing the CEO Evaluation Committee. My professional development includes memberships with the Society of Human Resource Management and the Association for Talent Development, and an MBA/Human Resources from Isenberg School of Management/UMass Amherst.
