Lisa is the Associate Director for Exploratory Career Coaching at the Career Development Center at Indiana University, Bloomington, where is oversees the training and professional development of the career coaching staff. She specializes in working with exploratory students, self-assessments, and experiential learning practices, and has developed curriculum, classroom presentations, and workshops that encourage self-awareness, career exploration, and well-being. Lisa has a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s in education. She is a certified MBTI and Strong Interest Inventory Practitioner, an AAUW Salary Negotiation Workshop Facilitator, a Certified Designing Your Life Coach, and a certified health coach. Lisa has presented at several conferences, including the National Career Development Association Global Conference, the National Mentoring Symposium, and the Career Development Professionals of Indiana (CDPI) Conference. Lisa also serves on the CDPI board. In her free time, Lisa loves to spend time with family, friends, and her dog. She also likes to workout, do yoga, and spend time in nature.
