Liz is a certified leadership coach and facilitator dedicated to supporting leaders and organizations focused on social and environmental impact. Liz’s coaching is targeted toward emerging and established leaders who want to lead at the edge of their growth zone, chart a new path for their future, and understand their personal values and how they honor them. Liz is guided by her own core values of co-creation, authenticity, connection, lifelong learning, and stewardship of time and resources. In addition to her coaching and facilitation work, Liz serves as a facilitator for the Stanford Graduate School of Business LEAD Personal Leadership Certificate and as a curriculum designer, facilitator and coach for New Sector Alliance’s Leadership Longevity Fellowship. She has extensive experience in higher education, nonprofit management, and supporting early stage social and environmental entrepreneurs. Liz earned a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Michigan and has additional training in CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). She is a trauma-informed Professional Certified Coach (PCC).
