Matthew Temple is a Career and Executive Coach with 20 years of experience helping people get unstuck, discover their interests, change career paths, and move forward. He has coached many clients in his own practice and at Harvard Business School, UCLA Anderson School of Management, and the Kellogg School of Management, where he serves as Senior Director of Alumni Career & Professional Development. Matthew has worked across industries including consulting, CPG, financial services, healthcare, and tech. Previously, Matthew worked in Private Equity and M&A for Credit Suisse and Deutsche Bank. He served as Director of International Business Development for Ask.com. He has presented hundreds of workshops around the world and has lived and worked in Hong Kong and London. Matthew holds a BA in European History from Harvard University, an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, and an MS in Learning & Organizational Behavior from Northwestern University. He’s served on the Harvard Alumni Association Board and the Advisory Board for iRelaunch, which helps people return to the workforce. He’s a diehard Red Sox fan, Jeopardy champion, and an avid traveler (visited 100+ countries).
