Maureen’s focus is to help people discover what makes them come alive and then support them along their journey. She is a life design and career coach and loves to work with women in transition from college through the middle of their life. Maureen has her own coaching practice: Adventures From the Inside Out, which offers personal coaching, Designing Your Life Coaching, and Coaching through Adventure (supported group or solo international and backpacking trips) for women. As a life-long student of Non-Violent Communication, massage and bodywork practitioner, an international traveler, special education teacher and a student of somatic coaching, Maureen weaves all of this life experience into her coaching practice.
