Raluca is an enthusiastic person. She has been involved in different leadership roles over the last 15 years. She has a tech background with a master’s in computer science. She has changed different roles: software engineer, agile coach, and product manager, always being driven by curiosity, openness, and eagerness to learn and make changes in her environment. She has been a leader and a coach for different teams during these years, helping people to remain focused, and productive and to find their ways to overcome the barriers and pressure. She is involved in innovation programs and guides teams to do innovation for their products.
Raluca loves to challenge herself to grow. She always adopts a growth mindset. That’s why she loves to challenge the people around to discover their growth mindset.
Raluca is certified as transformational coach. She is also certified in Mastering Design Thinking from MIT Sloan Management School. With her skills in design thinking, product development, innovation, she is here to support the entrepreneurs in transforming their businesses and to have a growth mindset towards results.
