I come to coaching with over 25 years of Human Resources (HR) leadership experience, including 17 years with GlaxoSmithKline, PLC (GSK) supporting business units of up to 2,500 employees. In working with leaders to develop their teams, I found the most fulfillment when coaching employees at all levels find that sweet spot at the intersection of their career goals and the needs of the business.
Today, I specialize in leadership development, career design and career transition coaching. From early to “encore” career, my clients span the globe and represent a variety of levels, disciplines, and industries, including pharmaceuticals, technology, commercial real estate, communications, social media, and nonprofits.
