Coming from a math Olympiad background, I am on a mission to help fellow deep-thinking high achievers deepen their impact by harnessing both sides of their brain and, of course, the DYL approach.
Being a high achiever, I know what it means to push yourself. I was the valedictorian of my class, received medals in international math competitions, conducted original research in number theory at MIT at 17, and eventually attended Harvard University for my undergraduate studies in computer science.
In 2022, while working as a senior software engineer, I went through Twitter’s big layoff a week after my baby was born.
During this challenging time, I used the DYL methodology to design the next steps in my career: it was a shift from working 9-5 as a software engineer to trying out political volunteering, running an Etsy shop, working at a non-profit as a product manager and finally landing my dream job as a Career and Leadership coach.
